Unlimited Connections: the archive and endless grouping puzzles

Updated October 22, 2026 · 1 min read

One board a day goes quickly. Here is what the New York Times offers for more, and the grouping games that let you keep playing, from user-made grids to a decoy-filled puzzle app.

The official archive

The Connections Archive opened in October 2024 with every puzzle back to the first one in June 2023, more than 450 at launch. It lets you resume unfinished games and see your stats, on the web and in the NYT Games app, and it is only for New York Times Games and All Access subscribers. There is no official random or unlimited mode.

A word about copies

Many sites call themselves Connections Unlimited or something similar and replay the New York Times' puzzles or imitate them under its name. They are not made by the Times, and we do not link to them. The games below are made by people and companies who put their own names on their puzzles.
